Office-Relocation.info is the data controller for the information you give us on this site. Contact us at download@office-relocation.info.

What we collect and why

When you download a guide, unlock a calculator estimate or request a call back, we collect your name, company, email, phone number (if given), your project timing and which guide or estimate you asked for.

We use it to send you what you asked for, and — where you have ticked the consent box — to introduce you to relevant suppliers.

Who we share it with

If you consent, we pass your details to a small number of vetted suppliers relevant to your move: removals and relocation firms, office fit-out contractors, AV and IT providers, and commercial property agents. They will contact you directly and are responsible for their own use of your data.

Our website and form submissions are hosted by Netlify, which may process data outside the UK under standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data.

Lawful basis and how long we keep it

We rely on your consent for supplier introductions and marketing, and on legitimate interests for delivering the guide or estimate you requested. We keep enquiry records for 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time — email download@office-relocation.info and we will action it within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
